Brian is Managing Partner at P Loughran Construction Limited. Brian has a successful track record in civil engineering, construction project management, bank financing and pre-acquisition due diligence across the residential, commercial, civil engineering, and renewable energy sectors in Ireland, UK and US.
Brian has amassed in-depth experience in working with contracting, consultancy, and client companies to ensure the successful delivery of each project.
In 2016, Brian attained professional recognition, as Engineer of the year in the Scottish Renewables industry for his role in successfully leading the design and management of the civil/structural and hydraulic design of a complex multiple-intake hydroelectric energy generation scheme, located in the challenging and protected environments of the Scottish Highlands.
Brian has direct experience in successfully delivering contracts worth in excess of €300m for investment companies in the UK and Ireland, through a focus on efficient project management and effective communication.
He holds a BEng in Civil Engineering and a MSc in Renewable Energy, in addition to regular courses in professional project management and industry specific training on real estate development and financing.
