Recognising that we draw significant support from the communities and local authorities in which we build homes for those who need them most, we are committed to ensuring that such support is reciprocated through an actively managed programme of social and community support activities. We divert funds from each of our projects to sustainable supports for communities in which they operate. 

We are taking this a step further in 2021, with the launch of a new independent foundation dedicated to help youngsters from challenging backgrounds or disadvantaged upbringings to get educated and skilled in a relevant trade that gives them that start they may have struggled to get otherwise. We continue to support children’s local sports teams including Malahide Rugby Club as well as regular fundraising events for the charity Inner city  helping the homeless.
