Brisbane International Airport
P. Loughran was responsible for the management and co-ordination of the erection of a steel frame for the installation of a new lift at gate 75 to enable passengers to disembark Emirates Airbus A380 safely. We were very mindful of the sensitivity working airside especially on the Apron of an active international Airport. Security clearance and ADA’S (authority to drive airside) were obtained to enable the the successful completion of this project.

Green Beacon Brewery
This exciting project involved the conversion of an existing warehouse into a modern, yet rustic, microbrewery and bar. The construction process was relatively complex given the requirement for installation of specific services within the existing structural shell. The final product is an amazing example of intelligent architecture working together with expert workmanship and meticulous attention to detail.
Philip Loughran was project manager for this development.

Contract Bridge Association of Ireland
The Offices of the Contract Bridge Association of Ireland required separate access to their first and second floors to allow for wheelchair accessibility.
We installed a lift to access to these areas. An outdoor smoking area was also designed and built. We fully renovated the second floor into an additional games room for the Association.

Hungry Jack’s, Mount Gravatt, Brisbane
Hungry Jacks new look fast-food outlets rolled out along Queensland at Shell Service stations. Careful attention was applied to this job as we were working in a highly flammable area. All precautions were taken to ensure there was no ignition sources on site at any time, delivered on time and on budget.
Located within a wider development, the project works involved a D&C structural package including the full fit-out of front and back of house areas of the restaurant.

KFC, Annerley, Brisbane
Collins Foods trusted P. Loughran Construction to makeover their Annerley KFC store inside and out, in keeping with the brand’s updated look.
As Project Manager, P Loughran’s role included refurbishing the front and back of house areas and a re-modelling of the external facade to current branding standards.

Liberty Hall Theatre
